Open a web browser ... Chrome, Edge etc



and click the remote support icon (top left)
This should take you to the download remote support page


Click Download Remote Support (button)


Find the download on your machine in the downloads folder (shown above) and double click to to run

You need to click "Yes" to install the software

* if you don't have the rights to install software on your machine it will ask for admin user detail - Benchmark should be able to assist with this



You should then get a disclaimer "pop up" which you need to read and accept

Put your name and company / school name and press Continue


Once connected and in the queue a benchmark Technician can remote onto your PC and offer support
